We have prepared a set of guidelines to set clear expectations with our partners and make these collaborations more effective.

First of all, what does it mean to organize an event in partnership with B4i?

B4i will be responsible for:

• Booking a room at the B4i office (Centro Leoni) or inside Bocconi University, depending on the event size;
• Set up the venue according to your technical needs (e.g. microphones, screens, etc.);
• If necessary, introduce you to event’s suppliers (e.g. catering).

You will be responsible for respecting our:

1. Marketing Policy

• Existing format: B4i Connects
• Mentioning B4i as partner in communication materials
• Event graphics
• B4i introductory speech

2. Policy for Use of Event Space

• Events hosted in B4i office - Centro Leoni (Google maps)
• Events hosted in Bocconi University - Campus Bocconi
